This functionality is made for the benefit of the customers, so as to generate the SOB (Shipped On Board) cert. and/or Load Confirmations directly On Line and thus save time and efforts.

There are 2 main facilities given to user namely –

1. A textbox in which user can enter Container Number(s) for which they want their SOB certificate. All users have to do is to enter a list of Container Number separated by commas if dealing with more than one Container number.

Secondly he has to select his location through a Drop-Down Menu provided just adjacent to that textbox. This selection is very important as headers in the printout are dependent on this selection. After entering the list of Container Numbers and selecting location the user clicks on Submit Button. After clicking on the Submit button for each container number which is each separated by a comma, the result from the database is shown on the screen. If for corresponding container number entry there is an entry in the database, and the system finds any corresponding data then the user will find a Get Printout link, else no data found message is shown.

By clicking on the Get Printout link the user is directed to another Printable Page with SOB details and corresponding data.

2. A hyperlink named Convert to excel is also provided, clicking of which leads to download of an excel sheet for same Container Numbers whose details are provided by the user in the same textbox discussed in point 1.

The user can store this excel sheet for his future reference / records.
