CSAV Norasia revamps its services to North Africa
Starting on vessels sailing from Asia on next week, CSAV Norasia is going to offer a revamped service to North Africa, dramatically improving the schedule reliability and offering an enhanced port coverage.
For Algeria, we are going to offer calls to Oran (new destination for us) and to Algiers, now also from Lisbon, on a biweekly independent feeder rotation. The port of Casablanca will still be served from Lisbon, on ANE service, and with an independent weekly rotation.
Service to Libya will be reopened, now to be serving the port of Tripoli on a feeder from Port Said, calling on a biweekly basis. Same feeder will consider calls to Tunis, but having now Algiers on a separate rotation, the schedule reliability will be substantially enhanced.
First ANE vessel offering Algiers and Oran will be Puelche 845 (Shanghai 6-Dec), and first ABS vessel to offer Tripoli and Tunis will be Norasia Valparaiso 849 (Xingang 1-Dec).
Reference transit times will be the following:
(Note: feeder services to those locations will be at this stage on a biweekly rotation, therefore cargo would experience a 7 days longer transit time on every second week. Casablanca is served weekly)

ASAX Upgrade
CSAV’s current Asiatlantic Express (ASAX) service will also be revamped with additional ports coverage that will offer faster transit times, and greater schedule reliability to Customers.
The new port rotation of the ASAX service will include Ningbo, Shanghai, Chiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Santos, Buenos Aires, Paranagua, Itajai, Santos, Durban, Singapore, Ningbo. The revised port rotation for the ASAX service is scheduled to be effective from early June 2007.
All India cargo will be routed via transshipment at the Ports of Singapore.

"ABS Service Improve substantially the Transit time to ISTANBUL"
With the aim of better aligning our service structure to our customers needs, and always looking forward to provide a high quality service, we are pleased to announce that CSAV Norasia Asia Black Sea Service (ABS) will improve the transit times to Istanbul, switching the Istanbul call on the West bound voyage.
First vessel where the clients will be able to enjoy the improved transit times is Loa voy 748, which will start the rotation at Xingang Nov 26th, and reach Istanbul on December 21st,
With this improvement on the service CSAV NORASIA is confident to be able to provide to our valuable clients an unique and high quality service, with the most comprehensive coverage from China Ports to Istanbul and Black Sea.

CSAV NORASIA is glad to announce a first ever direct Valencia (Spain) call on our dedicated India Middle East Express product.
Valencia would serve for CSAV NORASIA as a congestion free gateway to the Western Mediterranean and also to the North and West Africa; ensuring a reliable and diverse product for our customers growing needs.
This additional port of call will use existing service buffer on the West Bound leg of our service with NO increase in transit time to any existing North European base ports ex India/Gulf/Pakistan.
Nhava Seva to Valencia will be served in 13 days, whereas Port Said (transhipment hub) to Valencia would be covered in 4 days only.
Barcelona , Genova, Liverno, FOS , Lisbon , Casablanca , Naples, Vigo, and Leixoes cargo will be transhipped via Valencia .
The first vessel to kick start this new venture would be our CSAV TUBUL , VOY 845 with ETA Nhava Seva 9th November'08 , ETA Valencia 22nd November 2008.
