Our Dear Valued Customers,

As you are aware 3 days before any of our vessels berth at an Indian water port, for each of the shipments onboard, we CSAV are supposed to file an IGM " Import General Manifest " declaring complete details about the consignee in India, besides other information to the Indian Customs. This information is as stated on our CSAV bill of lading so issued by our CSAV office at Port of origin.
Should your company be a consignee on a CSAV b/l the IGM will be filed by us declaring your particulars as stated on the CSAV B/L.
However , for the same shipment, if you inturn have also issued your house B/Ls and require consignee as on your House B/L to be declared on the IGM that we file, then your such requests along with all original documents must reach our below office addresses by courier, atleast 3 WORKING DAYS prior vessel berthing.

Your courier envelope must have a subject
                           " House b/l and docs for IGM filing - Vessel name / Voyage number "

Please note we will not be able to accept IGM filing requests /documents on email or in any other format.

You would agree in case of delayed or non reciept of complete documents in the manner requested above, all latter amendments / changes will have to be organised by yourself at your own cost and time.
