      This service of filing shipping instructions electronically can be availed by anyone for booking their cargo to be shipped from one place to another, subject to strict compliance of the terms and conditions set forth herein below.
    
       By clicking on the [Save] button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions set forth hereinafter as also with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Furnishing of Details: While filling in the shipping instructions, you should ensure that all fields marked as mandatory are filled in with correct and concrete information.

2. Bill of Lading (B/L): The details furnished in the shipping instructions by you shall be deemed to be the final instructions by you and basis these instructions, CSAV shall proceed with processing the final B/L for the said transaction. It may be noted that no draft B/L shall be made available to you for your confirmation of information furnished by you and the instructions furnished herein shall be construed as the final shipping instructions for the subject transaction.

3. Modification of information furnished: Any discrepancy noted in details furnished by you and/or any request from you/your agent or Merchant for modifications in the shipping instructions, would tantamount to modification of Bill of Lading and would attract charges, as applicable.

4. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CSAV, its employees, directors, officers, agents and all permitted assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of this e-service.
